1. Relationship with Archive.org

Found is a third-party application that provides a user interface for content hosted on the Internet Archive (archive.org). Found does not host, stream, or store the individual pieces of media you discover. By using Found, you also agree to adhere to the Internet Archive's Terms of Use.

2. Content Stewardship

All content surfaced in Found belongs to its respective creators or the collections from which they originate. Found provides access to public domain and Creative Commons materials. You are responsible for verifying the specific license of any item before reuse.

3. Non-Commercial Use

Found is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, resell, or exploit the content found within the app for any commercial purpose without explicit permission from the original rights holders.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to use Found legally and ethically. You are solely responsible for your use of any materials found via the application. Found is not liable for any copyright infringement or misuse arising from your access to Archive.org content.
